Been doing a lot of reading regarding this car, and the inlet manifold issue did come up a few times (something to do with German insurance costs?).
TBH I'm perfectly happy with the power at the moment, such a refined engine! I'm not really the boy racer type, plus I do mostly long distance trips so more into the cruising aspect!
The next big outlay will be for a leather interior. Haven't decided whether to go for a genuine BMW one or have my cloth retrimmed.
