I really do want to buy them csl alloys I just don't see the point in wasting all that money on alloys that I'm just going use for about a year if that, I'm not planning on keeping the car for too long I know I could just sell the car with the standard alloys but I think il wait until I have a better bmw that's worth spending a lot on I'm just having fun with this one at the moment,

I enjoy spending money on new parts I just think it's not worth getting new alloys yet for that price anyway, so I think il just get them done black or something then go from there, I'm hopefully getting the rear windows slightly tinted soon and get this annoying window trim of the list.

Also I personally don't like alloys with the silver like around the outside I thought that looks tacky but that's just me, there are some nice ones I suppose but I think mine would look silly I'm going to have a look at some colours on google images and see what other people have

Yer I think alloys need to be deep dish if they have silver around the outside, gun metal is nice but still I much prefer black alloys on a black car specially them csl alloys in gloss black on a black m3 they look so smart also they are going to look smaller, this is so annoying I sware just to get some nice alloys is an effort I reckon if I got the rear arch flared and put some spacers on so the wheels stick out abit then got them gloss black it would look fine but again it's just money

Velocity don't worry in about two weeks I should have loads of new pictures because I work around a lot of dust my car does get rather dirty so when I start my Xmas holiday I'm going to get the car fully cleaned inside and out then hopefully have these wheels sorted a long with maybe tinted windows and hopefully the window trim black so there should be some good pictures

Cool and i agree having silver on the outine of the rim doesnt suit these kinda BMWs, well most actually IMO. If it was a Nissan Skyline though thats a different matter

Yer I think to have the silver line you need at least 19's, also lads I spoke to a bloke last night about rolling my rear aches he also has some 20mm hub centric bmw spacers so I'm going to get the other bloke out to spray my wheels gloss black and hopefully book in the next day for my arches to be rolled and the whole lot will cost me £400 which I think is a banging deal obviously this could all go tits up and look shite but oh well it's not the end of the world so I'm just going to get it done, I reckon it will look really good but like I said it could go either way

yer looks and i want spacers on so i would the rear arches rolled so over speed bumps and stuff it will be ok, the front wheel arches already have loads of room and i just love the look of cars when the wheels stick out with wide arches

Sorry about all the posts lads, have a look at this though

BMW Auto Parts Catalog | Why use wheel spacers?

Yes I understand that they could potentially do damage but shorely if done properly with the right parts and not huge spacers it will be fine 20mm is probably to big so I might get smaller ones but get a tape and look how big 20mm is, it's nothing so I reckon it would take a while to do damage

Lol i think it just means the guy agrees with me.

Spacers dont really do tht much harm as u said if the right stuff is used ul be ok, also wen the arches r rolled out and they r sealed proprly they dont rust.
