    Howdy,

2nd BMW around, finally i have one that works! just thought now i'll be on here alot more often instead of just trouble shooting i'd post here to say hi!

    Just purchased a 2001 136bhp 320d E46 Saloon 136k miles well serviced from the history.... (M47 engine i think?).

Has a few niggles - needs deflapping for starters so due in the garage on friday along with an EGR clean and a turbo vortex breather change. cost £200 inc parts and labour - didnt think that was too bad. I know how to do it all myself but my last bimmer died due to a cowboy dropping the flaps into the inlets after he removed the manifold (idiot) so its safer to blame a garage with insurance if they repeat the events than do it myself.

Left indicator doesnt click off and i cant reset the OBD, the rear number plate lights dont work, but apart from that seems to run lovely - getting 47-49 mpg around town with some dual carriageway runs :-)

Will start posting little bits in the help forums once the garage returns her to get things right.

    Just got the one pic:

Will add some more to the site later and sort out a sig etc.

Speak to you all on the forums,

    Ant

P.s Anyone near Essex who knows how to rig angel eyes and have them come on with unlocking the car give me a PM

Ignore the garage post: just been informed i dont have swirl flaps so i will be doing this all DIY. xD

I love the colour, my missus says it suits me more than the last one which was dark blue. Still undecided on the spoiler, will leave it and see if it grows on me.
