    just a line to say hi, have just joined due to buying a 1989 530i basically to play about with in the garage/bar area of my house, this may seem dumb to all the genned up folk out there in bimmer land but what model is my car, so i can start ordering bitz n batz???????

    cheers ronnie, no doubt i will be ordering bits shortly as it looks as though it's had a few oiks trying to relieve it's previous owner of his gear, thought i'd do the right thing and save it from been broken!!

    HI Paul

    and welcome mate.

    its an E34 indeed

    A great model of car and very solidly built.

    Also, spares are plentiful and apart from the UKs crazy petrol prices...it should be pretty good to run
