Hello, thought it would be a sensible idea to sign up on here as i'm in the market for a BMW! I've currently got a fiesta, which is more of a track car but I (have to) use it every day as it's my only car!

I'm after a sensible car really, 18 months of a car with no carpets or interior is getting to me a little bit :P

I think i've chosen what I want, it's pretty specific and by the looks of things is quite rare, judging by what is for sale currently anyway.

It's an e36 323i sports touring, with as many options as possible haha. They seem like alot of car for the money, and with the right bits done to them can look fantastic in my opinion!

Anybody got any input on these? Being german i'm presuming they're pretty reliable! Haven't really had any experience with bmw's so everything will be pretty new to me.

    Cheers!

    Welcome mate

E36 Touring's are pretty cool for an estate car, and with some mods can look really really sweet

Look for one with a comprehensive service history and not too many owners, once that's been serviced when it should be and one that's bodywork is in order.

Have a search of the forums as there's tonnes and tonnes of advice on E36's on this site!
