Have tried connecting a Bosch KTS 670 to my 5231 SE Touring and they don't want to talk to each other. It gets right through to connecting, then after several tries asks for the ignition to be switched off for >20 seconds then back on. Even after multiple on/offs it still wont connect. Is there a trick I'm missing or a knack I should know? Looking forward to getting some help.

This is through the 20 pin diag port under the bonnet?

Do you have to select any info? What does it say on connection?
