    Hey everyone!

    Im Jamie, 24 and live in Scotland, originally from Brooklyn USA. Im in my final year of a Civil Engineering Honours Degree at Glasgow Cali but im also a trained chef.

    I dont have a BMW as of yet but when i sell my current car i will be on the look out for a e46 coupe of some sort! my friend was banned from driving and has a e46 5 door 320d in imola red in his drive that im interested in except he is still paying finance for it.

    My current cars are a 52 plate Honda Civic 1.4 and a 1996 Honda Integra Type which is SORN for the winter;

    Hi Jamie and Welcome to Bimmerforums.co.uk

    Keep chipping away at your buddy I'm sure he'll crack if wave hard cold cash under his nose, just be sure he/you settle
    any finance on the car before taking it off his hands as they may come repossessing if it isn't paid in full!

    thanks buddy

    its not so much the fact that he doesnt want to throw it my way, im not entirely sure i want it, hes offered it to me but i had my heart set on a coupe, but his red is immaculate, not sure if bmw red fades as bad as honda but his looks the business!

    im going back to America for 4th July and when im back i think thats when i will be making my purchase. Since insurance isnt a problem i think a 330 of some sort will be in order. Cant really afford the purchase cost of an m3 :(

    my old del sol

    ive been pretty honda orientated all my driving life but my dad, who lives in the states is more into his german side of automobiles, last time i was there in 06 he had a 1998 m3 cab with hardtop in estoril (sp) blue and white leather with blue piping and a 2004 carerra 4. I fell in love with the m3 instantly, even know it was an auto... fantastic car!

    Welcome! Buy an M3 from Europe and ship it over to the homeland
    And your Integra looks familiar, but it's probably just me lol.

    thanks!

    my integra is pretty oem as far as looks go, it had a spoon replica front lip and genuine advan sa3r which are rare in 4x114.3 and as far as i know, when i rolled in them i was the only teg in the UK with them. other than that the plate is my private one, so maybe you recognise that? tegs all look fairly similar in my eyes, but thats ok because you rarely see 2 in one place :P

    now shes back to oem wheels, suspension and front lip and only mods are integra dc5 backbox, apexi midpipe, spoon manifold and its fully polybushed.

    That's true haha. This will be a long shot, but I knew a person from Portsmouth about 3-4 years ago and he had an Integra with white rims and red interior. He used to study in Scotland (I'm not sure if he still does) and his home used to be in Portsmouth. His father's name was John. Do you know him? (Like have you met him at Honda/Integra meet up?)
