I'm Kevin from essex. I just bought myself what I think is a nice E36 318Is coupe mid week, I dont collect it until next tuesday but have been for a test drive and checked it over , all seems good to go
heres some pictures (sorry, they're not my own, taken from the advert)
One of the last E36's made came fully loaded from the factory. I dont know much about BM styling and dont have much planned for it so far.
Im not big on huge jap overstyling, subtlety is the key for me these days but im open to any performance/styling tips and info on general styling no-nos.
I might change the rear lights for some quality LED ones (FK Automotive ones i've seem look nice) and maybe a small spoiler i've seem that fits onto the rear glass at the roof level (dont know what it's called?) the only interior mod i have in mind is an alloy/chrome pedal set.
I've just sold a pug 206Gti and Im still a member of the site called 206info (theyre not fussy over there if you no longer have a 206 ) so well used to using forums like this. I modded my 206 Gti across the last 2 years in a subtle way which got alot of positive comments. Skills wise I know a little bit of auto electrics and ice installs, fitted new parts like brakes, axles, coilovers, induction kits and did most of my own servicing. I've sprayed and fitted body parts and refurbed rims. So maybe my knowledge can help on here in some small way.
