    Hi all,

Just thought I would introduce myself, having just ten days back purchased an early 2003 330 CI Grey Clubsport. It's quite a jump for me, having moved from a 1995 Honda Accord 2.0 automatic with 115,000 miles on the clock. I had been looking around for a little while for a 330 or 325 with an absolute max £10K budget but the mix that I wanted was a little elusive without having to travel miles and miles (SatNav, sunroof and heated seats).

I have to admit it's taking a little while to get used to the car - there's an awful lot to be said about having a car that you don't really have to worry about. The Honda was hugely reliable (I ran it for six years and 50,000 miles without any problems) but it had little commercial value and a few scrapes front and rear, so I was never worried about parking it or anybody stealing it! With the 330 I'm suddenly with a car that I really do care about and whether someone clips me in a car park.

I have no great plans to do anything much to the car “poke” wise, although I have upgraded the Nav software - it's amazing how much difference going from the early 2003 OS to the latest V32!

Anyway, I look forward to learning much, as I have already done - care of all you Bimmer fans!

    Cheers!!

Welcome to the forum Rdysan, congratulations on the new purchase, the Honda Accords are a reliable car but like you say, the commercial value isn't great, you will have no problems selling your BMW if ever you want too though!

Hi rdysan, like you I'm (very) new to BMW's in general ( got mine in the last 3 weeks) and this excellent forum/website!! I'm sure you will find it just as helpful as I do, people responses are quick and very helpful n honest to the most basic/stupid of questions (trust me I know lol), so ask away.

    Can't praise this site enough.
