Hi guys im new on here and was wondering if someone could help me. As the description i have a e46 320d that has developed a intermitant starting fault.

I have plugged a dianogstic reader on it and got and 4b90 code which was insuficaint pressure at fuel rail on starting.
Have checked the pre delivery pump and that is working fine.
I have pulled the leak off pipe off of the injectors and I seem to be getting a lot of fuel out of this under both ignition on and cranking/running.
Is it usual to get alot of fuel out of these pipes or if not how much would you expect??

    Cheers Nick

That will be either a faulty per supply fuel pump or perhaps a blocked fuel filter. Both live under the car under the passenger seat
