Hi all just bought my first BMW absolutely love it. I used to have an Audi A4 2.8 quattro I find the BMW such a different driving experience. Anyway just thought i'd introduce myself.

Welcome, the A4 2.8's are nice, I drove the E36 328i and the A4 2.8 Quattro back to back in 1997 in the USA. The 328i is more eager and supports sharper dynamics but the Audi would generally be better equipped and also support a nice interior.

Hope you enjoy your new car and enjoy the experience.

You're absolutely right that's exactly what i think. My Audi was a 1999 so did feel more modern and again you're right better equipped. But all that said I'm really enjoying the BMW I had the back out on a roundabout the other night.......something that never happened with the quattro Audi. Thank you for the welcome!
