    • vaneo solenoid*
    • thermostat
    • coil pack (are ther any gotchas on this?)

    * Still to be proved out faulty by me

    • Oil Filter
    • Fuel filter
    • BMW compatible Engine Oil
    • BMW compatible coolant (Thermostat change)

    oil= ebay and GM dexos2 cheap as chips and BMW LL04 spec....
    filters= again ebay mahle filters
    spark plugs= ebay again NGK laser platinums (OEM BMW)
    coolant anything for aluminium blocks really its not that expensive from main dealer tho..

    coil pack prolly a main dealer as is the vanos solenoid ya could try BMWpartsonline.co.uk or C3bmw.co.uk or allgermanparts.co.uk for a thermostat and possibly the other 2 things...

    I have just ordered 7litre of gulf oil and oil filter from egay (LL04 spec) for £48 delivered which I didn't think was too bad.

    Opie Oils are a well known company so no problem, just saying that all you see isn't all you get on eBay.
