    Hi Guys,

Would anybody have a contact for these people, I ordered £80 worth of goods from them on the 11th of November and still haven't received anything.

    http://voguebmw.co.uk/default.asp

The number on this site doesn't work and I have had no reply from three e-mails. Also the money was transferred on the same day!!

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Adam

In the end i had to phone consumer direct who told me to send them a recorded delivery letter quoting something out of sale of goods act ( i cant remember what you will have to phone them up and expain your sitiuation) and ask for my money back or i will be tkaing futher measures. I did get my money back But they still wouldnt answer the phone i got an email after the letter. Good luck

    Are you serious

Yikes... Looks like I'll not be seeing that stuff then, did you wait a certain amount of time before taking action with consumer direct?

Wait a sec Adam i may have made a mistake but maybe not........
The company i had trouble with was infact Kudos BMW who are also in rugby not far from Voguebmw. I'm not sure if they have any affliation with each other but what you are describing is exactly the same problem i had with Kudos.... I'd still give consumer direct a ring to be on the safe side.

I checked up on the Kudos site, it appears to be almost too similar. Perhaps the same company have changed their name ... Most likely because they appear to be a useless shower of b******s

I have checked this out. Bad news.

They are the same company, both registered under the name Simon Allen.

I can provide his address too if you want but not sure if this breaks forum rules

Just found this on another BMW forum, not looking too good, copied below:

PLEASE BEWARE – ROUGE TRADER ALERT

Mr Simon James Allen, who is now trading as Vouge BMW, although has previously traded as Kudos Autostyling Ltd. The Kudos Autostyling website is still taking money from unsuspecting BMW owners and ripping people off despite being a de-funked company. The return addresses (listed below) are all fictitious business addresses. Recorded delivery responses for court summons or judgement orders return via Royal Mail as “Not at this address” or “Gone Away.”

Like most good con men Mr Allen does trade a small percentage of BMW parts to customers, thus maintaining the front of being a legitimate business. He has a professional looking, seemingly well maintained business website. Behind this front there are hundreds of people who are receiving poor, substandard quality goods and an even greater percentage who are not receiving any items at all. His companie(s) will not reply to e-mails, return calls or answer customer complaints. If you are lucky enough to receive any goods from Mr Allen, then most customers find having waited several weeks for delivery, that the item they have received is poor quality and not as described / pictured for sale on his website(s).

When wanting any form of return or refund, notice the deliberate, but subtle address changes and postcode discrepancies for return addresses and complaints. Your mail just bounces back to you I'm afraid.

    Kudos Autostyling Ltd

The companies also have a different registered office address of

    Nelson House,
    2 Hamilton Terrace,
    Leamington Spa,
    Warwickshire,
    CV32 4LY

    Company No - 06133247

This man has had numerous e-Bay accounts, all of which have been closed / suspended by e-Bay.

This is his latest, fresh eBay account....

If you are trying to serve a summons, judgement or arrest warrant for this man, you could try the latest address listed below, which is apparently the home address of Allen, which he provided when he registered the domain name for VougeBMW online.

    http://www.dellam.com/cgi-bin/main.p...247&search=yes

    Domain name: voguebmw.co.uk
    Registrant: Simon Allen
Registrant type: Other UK Entity (e.g. clubs, associations, many universities)
    Registrant's address: 29 Cromwell Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 5LY

I have spent a considerable amount of time conducting open source internet researching into Simon Allen and his associated businesses. The above information, is just the tip of the iceberg. If you feel you have been a victim of crime, or are owed money, services or goods by Simon Allen, then you should report this matter to your local police force and trading standards office for further investigation – Trust me, you are not alone in this respect. Only by reporting and actively perusing people like Simon Allen, will we stop him ripping off BMW owners nationwide. I have made this report not out of malice, but to warn other unsuspecting BMW owners of this man and his dealings.
