Looking for a turbo actuator for a 330cd. Electronic Actuator number 6nw 008 412

Are you sure the actuator is dead and the variable gain vains are not coked up? You can get your old actuator reconditioned which is a better approach

The actuator has been off, the gears are ok, but the solenoid inside may be gone. The vanes felt ok, no restriction and the car has no block smoke at all, even under hard acceleration. I should have an actuator on Tuesday and fingers crossed it will be the cause if the engine problems

Hi. I got one from a guy here, unfortunately, my own in fine, so now looking for swirl flap actuator

What on earth do you want one of those for? just blank the litte buggers off and have done, I know yours is that bizare electronic one but if it is not lighting the ELM light you don't need them to work

The only thing left to be changed is the ecu or that actuator. Over a 6 week period the swirl flap actuator has faulted 225 times.

I already have the flaps blanked (now been told to put back as I have the newer manifold.)

Car has 6 mechanics scratching there heads. EVER other sensor has been replaced
