Was driving passed and thought I'd get a quote for my next service (Inspection 1) on my 330d.

£265! - until I asked if I could supply my own oil, the price then came down to £150. Not too bad really.

(I was also pretty taken with the twin turbo Alpina diesel 3 series Coupe they had in the showroom.... s-w-e-e-t!)

Nice one, both Sytners at Sutton and Nick Whale/Rybrook in Warwick have been accomodating in supplying your own oil when I have had mine serviced. Just make sure you get the right spec oil.

    0-30W isn't it?

But is there much to choose between Castrol Edge (Turbo Diesel) and the Mobil equivilent? Or just down to individual preference and price?
