Just wanted to post my experience of dropping my E46 318i in for an Inspection II and MOT - I went there based on some of the reviews I read in this thread and on facebook, so I hope this helps others!

I'll preface by stating that I don't know as much about my car as I should, but with a busy work schedule I was looking for someone who wouldn't rip me off and knew what they were doing. I couldn't have picked anywhere better. The gents were really friendly, and had both inspection and MOT finished quickly and thoroughly. When I called them to find out if the car was ready/needed further work I think they realised that I was a little on the clueless side, so they offered to do a breakdown of all the things they'd noticed on the inspection.

When I arrived to pick up the car (at 8 - this really helps given my work, I wouldn't have been able to use them otherwise), they very kindly went through all of the issues and explained whether they were worth doing up front, or whether it was better just to wait and see if they caused any actual problems. They also explained to me that for one of the failures they'd noticed, that there was a repair option rather than replacement which could save me £300!

Perhaps not the most important part - but certainly something to consider - they were very cheap. Even in comparison to Rockvale in Stockport who are who I used to use.

I'll certainly be going back there, and I'd recommend them fully to anyone in the area. When I buy my next BM I'll be taking it to them for an inspection first!

    Thanks again guys!

Hi slowtech.. I can't seem to inbox you for some reason. I got INPA from you some while ago now, I was just wondering which version it is that you pointed me towards?
