    Hello all!

Hope someone can help, I have two questions

The head gasket on my e36 BMW 320i has blown. I am being told that I should change the valves and valves seals too, is this true?

Where can I buy a gasket set from and how much?

    I hope someone can help!

Well if the head is getting skimmed all that stuff needs to come out anyway so worth changing if your keeping the car a long time. Plus if your lifters were noisy before it'll quieten them down.

Very expensive bits though. Try your local motor factors or ECP for a full HG kit, valves and stem seals will be extra, personally the valves i'd get them measured up and if within tolerance just keep them and change the seals.
