    Hi all,

I've got to get mine in for insp 2 service and turbo looked at and see that there's a BMW indy in Leeds where I am. Has anyone used B&M Care at Pudsey? I did a search for "B&M" and also their web address but no results returned.

Hmm, no other replies about B&M. Not sure if that's a good sign or not.

Decided to take the plunge and have booked it in for insp 2 next Tuesday. £220 + VAT incl courtesy car. Hopefully they'll find out what's causing my "buzzy" turbo noise and it won't be anything major, although I'm preparing myself for the worst .

I use Prestige Service in Wakefield. Specialises in BMW and Mercs.
They are only 100 metres from main BMW dealers.
They are very good and really know what there doing and much cheaper than main dealers.

I would avoid B&M Care tbh, all they did for me was suggested lots of new parts I didn't need. Took it to Cramag in Yeadon and have had 1st class service ever since.

No mate, the parts they wanted to change were checked, OK'd and are still fine to this day. Would not trust them at all. My advice would be to visit a couple of garages before deciding tbh.

    Hi mate,

I've used B&Mcare pudsey since 2000, when I bought my first BMW. I also have a host of family and friends who use them as well.

They have always been spot on with servicing / diagnostic work and actually rein me in when I want unnecessary work done to my cars...

Richard who owns the BMW bit, is ex BMW tech and employs at least 4 other BMW techs that I know of. 1 of his apprentices is now Master tech at scott hall BMW...

I know of at least 2 occasions, with myself and my cousin, where if he wanted he could have diagnosed and charged into hundreds and we wouldnt have known better, but they only charged us £8.36 parts and £40 labour...

These are my personal experiences, so I would recommend them...

However, Cramag are also very good and have a top reputation and I just bought my sisters car from them. Couple of faults cropped up and they fixed them straight away...

    Hope this helps
    Ta
    Umer
