too be honest mate it depends what wheels they are? if they genuine or replicas and what sort of condition there in??

for example a genuine set of mv3 wheels with tyres in good nick id say would be good for £700 where as if they were replicas you'd be looking at between £400 and £500 brand new with tyres!

    hope this helps!

im in the market for a new set of alloys myself and i mainly look on ebay, keep looking im sure you'll find the right set for you!

MV2 and MV3 alloys are not 'available' from BMW for the E90 because they are an older model of wheel on a newer model of car. There are a few replica E90 alloys appearing on the internet now, and if you want to fit replicas but keep it looking OEM you should aim for these.

Here is a link which tells you the official names/numbers of OEM BMW alloys.

    http://www.akto.nl/OrgBMW/e90_wh.htm

As a guide £600 should get you a set of E90 replicas with crap tyres, £800 with decent tyres, and pay over a grand for the real things without tyres . . . .

Digo, sounds like you are erring on the side of going OEM rather than replicas. I really would not discount replicas, some of the vendors have sold thousands with great feedback, and of course they will be perfect, no kerbing as they are new. I am sure if you post some links up on here, or even start a poll when you have shortlisted styles we will vote/give guidance to help you out.

I have no real problem going with the replicas, its just I want the relability and if someone can recommend a good retailer or make or model I dont mind getting them. I never had problems with my current cars alloys (factory fitted) and theyre 7 years old, so I dont know what I would do if I suddenly find one day my replica cracked.

How do they crack anyway, any ideas, I havent ever had one but had a guy tell me he took his car into a garage and they told him that one of his alloys was cracked and he needed a whole another new one.

As Im typing this I feel stupid, thinking about it why would all the replicas crack on me, even if one does, I guess its a hundred odd quid right.

    I'm lost . . . You've got 7 year old factory-fitted alloys - fitted to a car that's only 3 years old?

The BMW 18' and 19' can crack on the inner edge when RFT's are fitted. The sidewall is too stiff to absorb all the knocks and bumps which are unavoidable.

Theres a place called Longton Motor Acsessories that has loads of sets of wheels for all makes and models. Also you could try a place called Cargo in Wolstanton stoke on trent that can get wheels with tyres next day delivery.
