    hi all
    any recommendations of where to buy a new clutch for 320d e46

    strange noise coming from underneath when starting to depress the clutch pedal

    You'll need to confirm it is the clutch making the strange noise as I believe a faulty release bearing can rattle when clutch is depressed,
    either Luk or Sachs clutches 320d's are also Dual Mass Flywheel so twice the price if you're replacing them both

    Try euro car parts and if you're quick they've a 20% discount till the 28th Jan, discount code is Jan20

    thanks for the reply

    took the car down to the local independent after posting this and he said he couldnt be sure if its the clutch bearing or the flywheel

    going to order the clutch while there's 20% off just in case its the bearing

    just got a quote for new clutch, dual mass flywheel and fitting £650 plus vat

    ouch!

    Not sure how the price compares to ecp but seams a good value place. Just bought radiator and water pump off them for a good price
