I came across a site sometime ago that was selling CCFLs that triggered when the alarm was deactivated, they had a video of them fading in and fading out. Not all that useful I know but looked pretty cool! would it be possible to mod these to do the same thing?

There is a video on how to wire them up so when you click the central locking/interior light comes on the Angel Eyes illuminate.

You have to do quite a bit of wiring though!

Actually the remote triggered angel eyes is quite complex tbh. You need to by the special wiring loom(i think it's made by Umnitza) and their guide to fitting it is for US spec BMW's, i read on another forum that alot of people over here wear having difficulty fitting the loom to their car/angels..

Seems like alot of work but it's a cool feature, I would love to have it on mine but I don't think I'd ever get around to doing it, seems quite complex?
