Default S.E.members who would be interested in a regular weekend meet?

Hi every1,
Well i'm new to the forum but i have been chatting to 328Mark and we was banding about the idea of a meet on the a127.I know of 2 pubs that are a possibility and 1 of those was mentioned by Mark. The people over the other side of the water are more than welcome and this would be planned as in the heading at weekends.
Maybe the last saturday of every month so as to make it a little easier for the people farther afield than us yokels

So post your views here and i will check back in to see the general view of the forum members. If there is enough interest then I or if Mark wants to him and i can contact the 2 pubs and see who is more acomadating for us.

The 2 pubs are:-The Halfway house which is 5-10 mins from the M25 or the Dick Turpin near Wickford in Essex.

I know The Halfway house has Jap car meets and the Dick Turpin near Wickford has a bike meet on tuesdays in the summer.

Oppinions plz

Imo this would bring the forum a little closer together and we can show those Jap fellas a bit of class

Thanks Max and Mark (You cool with this Mark?)

I would so guys but Im in South Yorkshire so Im too far away.

Going to create a new regional meets forum as a lot of people want them.

Has anyone got any good ideas for splitting the areas up?

eg/ so there are only maybe 5 or 6 different forums/meet groups?

like Midlands

Ooop North a lot
Oop north a bit

To the east a bit

etc

I'm happy to help for the midlands, if we devided it up into areas, and then that into districts we might have better success, could even run small competitions, biggest group, best collection of cars for each group, biggest group ego etc could be quite fun
