    I think I will just go ahead with the spray...to be honest, if it's removable with spirit then why not?!

    I'm guessing any tint spray from eBay will be fine? Also i need to sand it down, then spray right? I think i might go for 3 coats...leaving the white bits untouched..

    judge how many coats when you see the coverage.

    Don't sand the lights! just use some white spirit or alcohol wipes to clean them, let it evaporate, then spray on. this is the kind of stuff you want...

    Id go with very light window tint IMO as you can really pull it into the contours of the light. Using a heat gun you can manipulate the film in what ever ways you like with out risking any over spray and running. Less hassle as well using spirits to remove may also discolour the actual lense and replacing one is quite costly
