Hi, I'm pretty sure this is the right forum for this type of question but if not then I apologise.

I need to find somewhere in Sussex or Surrey that will fit mods for me. For example, I've got some exhaust tips being shipped over from the US and I can't fit them myself.

This is my first step into this area so I'd like to have it done by a proffessional company. That way I can feel comfortable, get some good advice on any questions I have and then gradually approach any other little projects on my own and with more confidence as I get to know my car.

I really hope someone can point me in the right direction, the tips are due any day now and I'm very excited to get started ASAP.

You could try these guys @ Manor Royal Motors in Crawley, West Sussex

They have fitted aftermarket parts on my cars over the last 15 years and have a superb work record, friendly service and do an excellent job. Not a cheap cowboy outfit, so rest assured none of your parts are gonna break because of shody fitting.

Another place I and other recommend is Munich Legends in Chelwood Gate, East Sussex

They specialise in Bimmers so rest assured they know what they are doing!

There are other places around depending on what type of work you need done, but for a very reliable bunch and knowing that they won't break the bank on a standard job, I do recommend.

FYI You can find what other Indy garages are recommended in the forums under BMW Garages and Parts Retailers

and if you try a garage out and think it's good enough to recommend, then why not post it up there

Thanks for the recommendations, I'll definitely try the Crawley one because that's practically next door. Nice one.

And sam1832, I may do. I'm a bit hesitant as I've never done this sort of thing before. I'll see what the instructions look like

If you only round the corner from Crawley, send me a PM and we can meet up, I'd be happy to have a look at them for you.
