    Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and have just placed an order for an E92 335d SE Coupe in Azurite Black. The dealer is suggesting I buy Supagard treatment for the paintwork. Does anyone have experience of this and do you think it's worth the £400 price tag?

The dealership will charge a lot of money to supaguard your vehicle. If i were you i would get hold of the kit and then get a third party valeter to do it for you. You will probably save £200.

    Not convinced.

I've got a kit that came with the car but as for as i'm concerned it's not worth a w*nk.
I don't know why i haven't thrown it out as it's just taking up space in the garage.
I'm inclined to stick to the better quality products on the market.

Had it on the wife's Golf. Didn't pay for it, they did it in error.
Since then, it has been clayed several times, and machine polished/waxed, far superior finish now IMO
