I would like to get my steering wheel covered professionally with the material the newer bmw sportier models have and some colour coded stiching, does anyone know anybody who provides this service on the forum? I was looking for the soft grippy material (sorry dont know the name of it) to pad it out a bit all over the wheel (excluding the horn section). Any help would be much appreciated.

There is a company in Oxford-shire that do it. I think they advertise on eBay. It is on a part exchange. You give them your steering wheel then they give you one they have all ready done. I will try find out what they are called.

Just had a look, this is perfect for when the time comes! Thanks for that, I think I will go for the alcantara material with some nice stitching on the innerside. Should be a nicer grip and a beefier look.
