Yeah all the time its a real pain in the xxx. So there are a few fixes. You need to apply some kind of lubricant to the outer seals. Personally I find tailors chalk works well and for a good while. The seal runs around the outside of the door frame where the door meets the space (if you get me).

BMW changed the seals and you could buy those but its a bit of work to replace though not impossible...

Others have used a silicone based lubricant....maybe try one on each door and see which works best...

One final thing you can do if it happens while your our on a long journey is to take the window down a fraction. just stab the wondow button and thats enough...it take the pressure off the seal...

    Happy lubricating...

The best product to use is BMW's Carboflow

the best way is to find it and fix it. lubrication just masks the problem.

does it squeak all the way as its closing or just intermittently or what?

although doors and windows are a nightmare sometimes. you could replace every part and it would still squeak.
    then lube it up!
