    I am going to buy a hardtop its in a sky blue colour and my car is dark blue do you think i should get the hardtop sprayed or do you think i should wrap it, if i do wrap it should i do a carbon fibre texture or a matte colour wrap

    keep it simple and go the same colour, i saw one at the meet today and it looked great i so need one.

    I think u should spray it same colour as the car. Only other option that MIGHT look good is a carbon fibre wrap.

    IMHO 3M Carbon Fibre wrapping only looks good if its used on small areas/items such as interior trim, mirrors and roof pannels. Wrapping a whole roof wouldn't be my cup of tea, but try it and I might be wrong.

    No problem, there is a white FTO near me that had his roof and C pillar wrapped in carbon. When at shows, people think it's a vert. Will take a pic when I next see it for you.

    I had this very dilemma when I bought an e36 hardtop a while back. Was gonna go for matt black wrap but turned out it cost nearly double as much as respraying it the same colour as the car. So £120 on a respray it was..... looks awesome.... will post some pics later today..
