    just bought my carbon fiber bonnet hood bmw e46 fm mevic motor carbon ,is the original carbon fiber bonnet resprayable or not?
    thinking keep carbon color or respray it 2 match my car?the seller strongly suggest not paint it keeping the carbon color is
    the best looking. any opinion guys?

    id spray it, the only reason i would have the cf bonnet is for lightness, i dont see it as asthetic at all, if it was you might aswell just spray it black and save the cash

    Some people do have a CF fetish...
    If the only carbon part is the bonnet i would spray it but if you plan on sticking on many carbon aeroparts i wouldnt spray it.

    P.S Im a carbon whore

    I had a 3 series which I CF'd up - leave it alone if your thinking of adding more, if its just a one off part give it a spray

    Id keep it carbon as I like the look of CF in sunlight(got loads on my bike).

    BTW what colour is your car?
