I like th chrome on the dark cars, but de-chromed looks good in light cars.
Its all a personal opinon though.

Having seen that picture, I stand by my opinion - I'd keep the chrome.

    Haha.

Have this one on the back burner for the minute. I think I've grown fond of em actually, though, so I probably wont do it on this car. I think it it wasnt metallic paint I would but I've started thinking they bring out something on her....

keep them chrome impo... black grilles only suites 2 colours impo... silver and white (maybe black too) if your making them black u need to have the whole theme across the car - depends how tacky you want to make ur car look - and remember how long your keeping it for, you planning an "upgrade" soon?? if so keep as much standard as you can lol easier to sell

    Haha though.

Think I'll probably just buy a set off ebay so I can take them off if I change cars. Saying that though are they hard to paint ie is it just a spray you can buy in Halfords or do you need to get a pro to do it?

Would like to see how they look fitted if anyone has a pic with this colour car...?
just take them off and stand back from car will give you rough idea

Mine was like this when I got it - not sure if Im too keen on it but not too sure if I can be bothered changing it either - might give the grill a lick of black paint to cover up the bits that have come off and see what it looks like then.

I painted mine satin black yesterday, totally changes the look of the car, I love it. No pics yet though :(

If you decide to paint them, they're fairly easy to get out.
