    Hi guys,

Im in the process of saving for a e36, i want a 320i specifically for insurance etc, i intend to keep the car for a good 10 years, i want to do a project on it, but the colour is very important, i want to respray it estroil blue, but was wondering if the car was red and its a convertible how much would it cost to change colour ?

    Thanks.

Why not keep your eyes open for an Estoril blue one-be cheaper than having it resprayed.I would think you are looking in the region of £1600+ for a full respray

think it also depends on how far you want too go with the respray...like inside your doors..engine bay etc..

If your planning on keeping the car for 10years + and money is an issue dont you think its worthwhile saving for a bit longer and finding a good condition car instead of a cheap banger where you will ultimately throw money at it trying to get it up to a standard you want.

Good re-sprays are not cheap and once you start modding a car the costs can easily add up..........
