    Hi guys,

You know those annoying dents you get from parking in supermarkets and having people dent your car doors?

Does anyone know how to remove them yourself? Does it have to be a professional to do that? Any idea of the costs?

    Cheers

    dings, as they're called.

Unless you want to learn paintless dent removal, best left to experts

the vid on that site looks like it works but then again it is a qvc style video - I've seem some amazing videos that make it look like I could do anything - apparently if i get a bricky I'd be able to build a 2 storey extension to my house

get one if they're cheap and let us know if they really work.

This isn't my car, it's how my car see's itself in it's own head

Paintless Dent repair (PDR) is usually priced per panel. You are usually allowed up to 2 dents per panel for one price. Try and source individuals rather than big firms, as they will be much cheaper and possibly give the extra discount for cash . I've pay £35 per panel and I sourced my guy from the local dealership, as they use individulals to contract out their business.

You have got to be careful with hot glue based systems. I've heard nightmare stories about paintwork chunks coming off due to glue strength. That method best left to professionals.
