Any guidance or even better photos of how to take off the inside centre fascia without causing any damage?

I need to get in behind the CD player and air con controls. I need to replace the Final Stage Resistor and thanks to Gildersol and this forum I now know it lives behind the centre fascia.

    Cheers,

    Don
