    hey guys, the leather on my drivers seat is starting to crack on the o/s bolster, is there any product that you can put on to repair it?
    i use leather cream every few months to try and keep it looking its best,

    dont think it can be touched up or fixed nless you get it repaired at a re-trimmers m8..av just spoke too the guy who re-trimmed mine for you and sed a m8s was cracked..he sed you need too get it replaced!!ano...bummer!!

    cheers, can u just get the bolster retrimed? and what kind of price am i looking at?

    yeah you could just r-trim the bolster..but its all sewn as 1 piece together,so it still all has too be stripped off the seat...the guy who dun mine reckons about £85 coz youv still got too take out the seat and strip it like av sed m8...still worth it tho....only thing is one side will look bran knew as opposed too the rest...that mite annoy you eventually!!l.ol..hav a look in your local auto express and see if thers a car re-trimmer near you and go see them..you mite end up with a nice re trim for less than you think!!

    think you can buy creams etc..though the company who supplied my hide for m re-trim sell leather wipes which they say if used evry week moisturises the leather and keeps it soft!!iwolud imagine tryn too keep the car out off strong sunlight would also help as leather is animal skin so sholudnt really be treated much different from human!!dont go buying oil of olay tho!!!
    and be careful off some off the off the shelf leather cleaners s i was told they can leave a laquer on the leather which eventually can crack or worse..eat into the leather and destroying its strengh!!

    cant you buy a dye for it so you cover up for cracked bits making it look un noticable.
