Not quite, it looks harder than it is but you need to ensure you have everything

It not bad but it caused me to lose my cool
Everything goes back in a specific order, so it was in and out more times than i could remember
It did get thrown across the workshop at one point

Well if I see one going on a 'breaking e36' then maybe I'll just nab it and if I get all the bits and pieces I need maybe give it a go! I do miss having one after having one on my last e36!

I have a set of front headrest and I have made the holes.

The bars on the headrests are to long, so I have a question for you.

    1. Do I cut the bars shorter so the length is correct, or.

    2. Do I reamer out the hole in the boot so its round and let the bars drop all the way into the boot area?

That's all you need to do. Offer the head rest up towards the rear shelf and window and see how much surplus there is... Hack saw out, cut and fit... Jobs a goodun

Followed A20 RYM's instructions and all cut and fitted.
Looks really good and got the pair for less than a tenner and they colour match the seats.
