Not a massive write up, this was booked in for an enhancement detail, which is a single machine polishing stage so not a full correction.
And although it was Carbon Black, it was a doddle compared to the other car I've been working on for the last week, you can get a glimpse of it the after shots
I did a full correction on this about 2 years ago, and the owner thought it was time for a freshen up.
How it looked.
No pics of the wash / clay stages, as Olly the dent man had arrived to do some work on it so I needed to crack on.
If you look in the middle below the swage line you can see the dent distorting the light, the was another one right on the swage line, and 2 more on the other side
The dent magician doing his thing
While Olly started on the other side I made a start with the machine polishing, Menz IP 3.02 and a Megs polishing pad was the combo
Passenger door before
Drivers door before
Menz providing enough cut to remove around 90% of defects in one hit which all that was carried out for this job.
Couple more afters
Once all the correction work was completed, Z2 x 3 and 1 x Z8 was applied.
Hood was sealed with Nanolex Premium textile sealant.
Rims polished and sealed with Britemax twins
Tyres dressed with Z-16
And as it was a lovely evening I thought I'd get some finished shots outside.
