When I purchased my Carbon Black E46 there was no sign of any stone chips.

After the first wash they all appeared.

Now I would like to cover them up again with a polish,do youthink a cheap Black Turtle Wax Colour Magic Polish would do the job in between washes?

Depends where the stone chips are. If you're keeping the car get the bumper/bonnet blown in. Other than that do what you suggested - turtlewax chip stick. Works wonders but will come off with a proper wash

You can try poorboys blackhole, it has good filling abilities, and will help to hide the chips, will also make you car look amazing!
