    Hi all,

I have had the 645 for all of 7 days and i have the modding bug like i have with all my cars.

I have an exhaustive list of things i want to do but i have done a photoshop of an engine cover ( not my car ) i was wondering what you guys thought?
If i go ahead with it i'll be doing the rest of the engine in a similar way

    Thanks
    Dan

Looks good! It looks like a heart in there! Especially in shiny/glossy red

Regular paint works Ok, I've seen quite a few colour coded engines, and they are a real colour, as in BMW paint code, or something interesting, and not just the Red/Black/Silver of high temp paint, so they must be using regular stuff.

You'd want to scrub it down well, and use light thin coats with plenty of drying time as the paint will soften a little with heat, so dusting off grit and sand when hot would take the shine off quite quick.
