    Chaps.

Have just found out i get staff rate at one of the sister business's of the one i work for, and that is a bodyshop. I cant get staff rate at £20 per hour.

I'm after getting the following sprayed:

    Front Bumper
    Rear Bumper
    Rear Quarters
    Front wings
    Spoiler

How much paint primer/paint would i need?

    Cheers

    Amos

Why leave out the doors on a silver car if your doing the wings and quarters?

I'd say 2.5 litres of paint (will make around 5 litres when mixed) just to be on the safe side if you ever need to paint in the future it'll be a matched colour

Primer - depends what your doing to the panels, just get a 1litre tub of 2k high build primer.

Don't forget to add clearcoat to your shopping list.

Don't be hasty - you know the paintwork will brighten up if you just wash it?

Deffo go into the doors on a silver car. If you paint the 1/4 panels and the wings the doors will stand out like a spare prick at a wedding....

Good advice from sham there, I would be budgeting for 2.5 to 3 litres. Also if you are thinking about doing it yourself you will need the thinners to mix the paint and you will need a hardener for the clearcoat....

Get your door point as well.

MatthewE36.............this guy of yours seems to want to accept very little money, perhaps sweeten him up with a McDonalds or something too.
