Had the car valeted today with odour removal. Seems OK but carpets and seats still damp and it's not so hot today to get them dried. Service cost £55 and they didn't do the boot of the car.

The valeter said the smell was coming from the carpet, not the seats. Interesting as the back of the car has the o/e mats in place and no apparent stains on either the mat or carpet. Have just been out to the car and it's totally full of condensation and all of the seats are very wet still. Lets hope for sunshine tomorrow..!

Am really p+**"d off with the cowboy who did the valet. The rear carpets are still soaking wet and the smell is worse than ever. Also noticed that he didn't clean the boot carpet. Have been driving my old car (skoda octavia TDI) for the past two days as I can't bare to get into my BMW???? Will be contacting him tomorrow to give him the chance to rectify the situation..!
