    Hi I have been using 200 grade wet dry by hand and taking a long time if i use a machine sander will it damage the paintwork too much i have wanting to remove the lacquer? also how would i blend new paint into existing paint i was told to use t cut but that just left a residue which has dried solid what product would i use?

    You need an orbital sander... check out detailing world... they will advise you better...
