Hi does anyone know where I can find the above mentioned license plate holders to go with my metal pressed plates? Ebay seem to have a couple of types, some with Alpina logo's on, some saying motorsport gmbh, M power Munchen but I cannot seem to find the ones people often have on the forum? Any ideas? Cheers,
    Steve.

I'm sure they are on eBay. I saw a couple when I was looking through. Personally, I wouldn't get those for my car because I've only got a mere 1.6 litre. So instead I'm getting a set that says "German engineering in da haus" I can't wait!

I already got LED number plate lights. Just need pressed plates and that number plate holder I told you about. Do you get much attention from the cops? And where did you get your pressed plates from?

No attention as they are legal plates with the correct print, spacing, font and reflectiveness. I believe the pressed german plates that some people have are illegal (for obvious reasons). Heres a link to where I got mine - eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace
Ill try to get a pic up of mine up on here!

hahah! It's the same place where I was going to buy mine from! I'm sure the police here in Portsmouth wouldn't worry a lot if they were illegal. They don't say anything about my orange side lights. Ohhhh, I really want those now, with my plate holder And without the blue GB thing on the side. Thanks.

Get them they give the car a fresh look! The guy sent them the next day which was also great. Do you need a link for the surrounds? I didnt know orange side lights were illegal? Ive got clear front and side indicator light casings with silver / chrome bulbs that i fitted to both the other day. Looks so much better than an orange bulb behind a clear lens. Now just need to fit the eibach pro springs, new disc brakes and pads I have and the car should be looking good!

Awesome! and no man. I'm getting these surrounds like THIS Yeah, because in the UK it says only white light has to be omitted in the front, but some new cars have orange lights like the e60 5 series (above the halos). But oh well, I'll change them come MOT time or when I install halo rings. As for indicators, I love ambers, except for the rear I want M3 type of lights. I'll order those plates and plate surrounds next week! Post pictures of how your car looks with the plates!
