Late 2006 520D saloon. Front parking sensor (2nd in from passenger side) dislodged from bumper by a now dead (!) large bird. Local BMW garage says that the sensor is a part of the bumper, and that they will have to remove the bumper to repair it. The sensor is currently sitting just behind the hole in the bumper. Is there any way of accessing it from the rear and either "clipping" it back into the hole or gluing it into place without removing the bumper? I have a fair idea of what I would be charged for the full job!

    Many thanks,

    Angus
