HI everyone, whats the best black leather restore, blackdash/plastic restore and the best hood colour restore also black?

due to the different materials im assuming this will be 3 specialised products, i have a convertible and it seems the sun has made the leather, interior and hood loose its jet black colour and i would really like to try and get it back to as close as new as possible, any advice and help would be appreciated.

i have tried a turtle wax conditionor/cleaner and various products but none of them have the black restore/dye properties im looking for!
