    After spending hours cleaning my car and never mind the soreness,I was happy with the end product. I came home today admirinig it from a distance and as I got close up ...damn bugs!!!! Bird mess!!! I heard bout the bugs and birds before but it seems that they come in proportion to the amount of work you do.

    Needless to say the are now Public enemy one!!

    Birds are used to crapping in water so when you clean your car nice and shiny it looks like water from above so becomes a target-like a red rag to a bull

    It's very aggravating! Wish I had a garage - or even a car cover! At least with a good coat of wax it's easier to clean them off. I was plagued by greenfly Sunday, a day after doing the whole works on my car :-(

    Thanks for that, cleaned mine Friday night, came out Saturday to find it covered in pigeon sh*te.

    Yep-silver(Space grey) is one of the colours that gets caught out badly and so does black... -pretty safe with white though no matter what Angie4m says.....
