2 screws each side on the lower part of the bumper
1 screw each side top of the bumper (in wheelarch btw)
    detach arch liner
1 screw each side secures the bumper to its shock mounts
pull forward and detach all wires
pull forward and off...jobs a goodun
    what i've felt,what i've known
never shined through in what i've shown.

Yes they will Mark/bmwv11. A word of caution...remember to be careful with the temperature sensor located in the bumper. It is easy to damage.

You will see the wiring for it just behind the splash shield lip that links up to the bumper. Mine was on the right side.

My bumper came as a whole kit including all trims and lighting. Try ebay if you don't want to pay dealer prices. These replica ones HERE will fit . Be sure to use security screws on them like I have, otherewise they may turn up on ebay without you realising
