I'll pop in to Costco this week, see exactly how much they are, I would be more than happy to post if you have no luck at Makro.

id 2nd that, dont like autoglym polish. try megs step 2 crystal polish as an alternative, or just use a quality wax.

Vorny, not managed to make it over to Makro this week.

Picking car up at 9.00am tomorrow (Sat 21) and then heading straight down to Colchester to see my our new niece.

Back up on Monday for 2 days and then down to Newquay for a week.

So won't be doing any polishing/cleaning of the car anyway.

But, If you happen to be in costco and you happen to see some cloths then I'd be very grateful if you did happen to get them, but I don't want you to make a special journey.

I've been putting together a set of watched items on ebay for sellers who seem to have stock of the Megs Clay Kit and AG Hi Def.

Found a mitt online for £7.95 delivered but forgot to bookmark the link

Anyway, I'm sure that after a week near the beach I'm going to need a valet when we get back just to get the sand out

try i4detailing.co.uk, you'll find a lot of things are cheaper on there than on ebay, also why are you paying that much for a mitt?? i got a great kent microfibre wash mitt from asda for £1.75, does the job for me!

I picked up one of those too, and they're pretty good, imo as good as my mates which cost him about a tenner, and he agrees

Second the i4detailing idea too, just bought a Silverstorm rotary off them to have a play with, good service.

exactly! with these different types of mitts your paying for a name, like im sure megs and autoglyms microfibre cloths are the same as the ones selling 10 for a fiver in asda!

yeah i4detailing got plenty of quality bits n bobs on! i got dodo juice high gloss shampoo, bilberry wheel cleaner and pro valet snow foam, all high quality products!!

another possibility for wheels is bilberry wheel cleaner, doesnt have any acid in so is 100% safe, wont cause peeling or anything on the wheels! was recommended to me by someone on here and havent look back since!

Thanks again guys. Got the car on Saturday and in the boot was the Supagard kit that we got.

    It's The SupaGard Plus Package

With regard to the Mitt, I was going for a wool one as suggested.

Will check out i4detailing though. Thanks for the heads up.
