    ok i tried the razor and its just glass. really need to get rid of it otherwise im screwed if the coppers pull me again!!!!

    Take it to a car tinting place and they can remove it without damaging the glass for a small fee

    I think you can use heat to remove them, either a steam cleaner or hair dryer on hot. Don't go putting on of those paint removers on the window though, could crack it! I've not done it myself, so wouldn't know how tolerant windows are of a bit of heat, so be careful if you do! Don't want you to damage something and blame me, haha!
