wow some harsh comments, i think my car looks better with no plate on the front, it shows off the full potensial of the front end, when you see cars in america with no plates on the front they look so much better.I dont want it for evading speed cameras as they carnt flash you from the front only a hand held speed gun can get you, its purely for cosmetic reasons i wanted one.

Cheers for the links anyway guys

Looks good! Especially for car meets and shows. I would get one of those if I had money. But I wouldn't drive with it hidden away

If it is used for driving around then it is a dumb idea, I am all for having one for show use but driving around with the number plate retracted is illegal, asking for trouble and pretty much sticking two fingers up to the law.

I do like the flip number plate, but as people have said above it'll attract the wrong attention

Not true plenty of speed cameras flash front and rear. I got flashed in Portsmouth on A3 and when the summons came through I replied that I wasn't sure who was driving me or the wife. The reply was a large clear photo of the front of the car with me driving.

LOL I know that one. It's a tricky one! Although there are two speed cameras on the A3 within Portsmouth! I nearly got caught once, even though I live there!

Would be brilliant for shows but bumper would need smoothed out first in order for it to look well
