Between a good spit and polish I use the Flash Car Cleaning System on my car, which works very well, providing the weather isn't very hot. Unfortunately I am now coming to the end of my stock of shampoo and filters. Does anyone know of a stockist?. I believe Halfords have stopped selling this product, not quite sure why.

Hello DSK, thanks for the reply. I have tried all of the usual outlets, including the one you recommended. They do sell Flash shampoo, but not the one for my cleaning system. The shampoo I use has a formula which leaves a coating on the paintwork, and you finish it off with De-ionized water. That is the purpose of the filter, it also helps to dry the car.

I have been very pleased with the results, no horrible water marks which are pig to remove.

I shall contact Procter & Gamble in the hope they will point me in the right direction.

If it works for you great, thats all that matters.

Some of those Flash products are still promoted so best of luck tracking exactly what you need.
